Anna and Danilo are great advocates and lovers of the traditional repertoire, but they have a special affinity for both more modern and early repertoires, making their programs excitedly diverse and filled with unknown gems. Both pursued degrees in early music at the Koninklijk Conservatorium in The Hague, an experience that broadened their perspectives and possibilities as musicians, and also pushed them to question and think critically when interpreting music. They always seek to consider the historical context of the pieces they play while keeping their personal flare and daring to take risks. This combination of backgrounds gives their playing an exhilarating sense of freedom, making each performance dynamic and unique. Anna and Danilo have been playing together since 2020 in varied settings, including a performance of the Beethoven Triple Concerto this past September in Como.
